The Marine Corps Museum was a very fun, action packed camping trip.  On the drive up, we missed a turn because of me and we ended up having to drive an extra ten minutes!  When we got to our camp site, we set up our tents, and since it was fairly early, we got to have free time all that evening.  We made amazing spaghetti and had snack.  We all pitched in to help construct a “shower” out of a tarp and a hose!  The next morning, we woke to Mitchell making subs!  He had woke up early and finding himself bored, decided to start to chop ingredients for  our lunch!  Around 9:30 we headed out for the Marine Museum.  We arrived at a spectacular building.  It was triangular in shape, and was almost all glass. Inside were some dioramas of war scenes.  When it was time to see the rest of the exhibits, we entered a movie theater and watched a short presentation on the Marines.  When that was over, we moved to a larger building that held the rest of the museum.  It was so much fun walking around and learning about all of the accomplishments that the Marines have made!  At lunch we found out that Mitchell’s subs were great!  We all thought that he should get employed at a Subway or Quiznos!  After our amazing lunch, we headed back inside for a quick round at the gift shop, then we headed back to the legion and eventually home!
